I think it might have a lot of play value. My daughter is always doing the fort or tent thing. I think she would like to put her girls in the cabana and sort of use it as a hide out. We just got the new catalogue. I wonder if my daughter will ask for the cabana. She really wanted the bathtub and I steered her away from that. Does the cabana fold up nicely for storage?
